You can know exactly where your package is, what stage it is in, and when it is expected to arrive.

2. How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Login to your account

• Access the THK website or open the mobile app.

• Log in using your personal account.

Step 2: Enter your Order Code

• Input your order code in the “Track Order” field.

• The system will automatically display detailed information.

Step 3: View shipping status

• Check key milestones: Order Created – Pickup in Progress – In Transit – Delivered.

• If any issue occurs, contact our support team immediately.
